I hired them because my friend has suggested them to me. For the location I moved to, the access was difficult and they did a wonderful job. It was also a very hot day and the men did a great job. Two men completed the work in about four hours. I thought that was the cost for their service was very reasonable. I have no complaints and they did an outstanding job! We are telling everyone we know what a great experience it was. It made moving, if not painless, MUCH less painful. The guys on both sides of the move were great, very courteous and nice. And fast! We have used Stuart's moving 3 other times over the past 10 years. So, it was a natural to call upon them again for a small move to a 1 bedroom condo in Chicago. We were so pleased with their work! Yesterday, Stuarts provided its services to the School. Devin, Don and Nick showed up to our school with smiles on their faces, ready to tackle our list of to-do’s. I want to say THANK YOU to all three of them for doing a wonderful job. At the School we always have a long list of to-do’s with what furniture needs to be moved around to different offices and then there is our huge surplus pile that has to be removed. Devin, Don and Nick were patient with us and were always flexible to whatever additional tasks we asked them to do while they were here. This was the best moving experience I have ever had. The Stuart's team members are kind and helpful in addition to being very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The price was excellent and once they were on the scene, the move was almost stress free. I chose to pack myself to save money but quickly found I hadn't enough packing materials. A quick call to the office and for a small travel fee they delivered stacks of several sized boxes, tons of packing paper and several rolls of packing tape. He even took the time to instruct me on how to pack and what sized boxes were best suited for what contents. On moving day they were prompt, brought delicious doughnuts and worked diligently. Floors were covered for protection and the guys were just great! I had underestimated how much I had to move and as they filled the truck realized a trailer would be required. Everything moved very smoothly, however, and they finished in a day. I had a week to wait before moving into my new home so the contents were stored on the truck. At the new home, they arrived promptly and unloaded by late afternoon. Everything arrived perfectly including my piano. When I had unpacked most of the boxes and flattened them, they returned to pick up the materials at no additional charge! Moving is a very stressful experience but with the Stuart's team you can know everything is in good hands and you have chosen a company that treats you like family. Thank you!

AMAZING - BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I cannot recommend Stuart's Moving & Storage enough. It is truly the most competent and professional moving company I have EVER used, and I have used countless ones over the last 20 years! They arrived on time with a box of doughnuts to boot! When some of our heaviest items had to be moved again to accommodate something delicate that would not fit elsewhere in the truck, they had the best attitude about the re-do; they were eager to make us happy and feel comfortable and confident that our items would be moved safely and without damage! I was amazed at how friendly the moving crew was, and they all had wonderful personalities as well! Also working with the office staff was an extremely positive experience. I could tell they truly care about their customers and were eager to give them a positive experience. This is a family-owned business started many years ago, and you can tell they run it with love. I just wanted to let you know what an AMAZING job Z and the guys did for my move. They were just simply fantastic. They were so polite, easy to talk to, eager to work, beyond helpful, kind, and very caring. They made me feel right at ease and made me laugh. So professional. They let me know what they were doing at all times and when they were taking a break. (Although I wouldn’t have called it a break. They were always back at it immediately.) I just want to tell you, this entire process has more than exceeded my expectations. First of all, I would never have considered Stuart's had it not been for my former maintenance guy who mentioned your company moves for IU. After that it was (and I mean this sincerely!) divine intervention!! I began my search for movers and PODS on Wednesday Nov. 22. I had scheduled someone from a moving company to come into the building the following Tuesday to give me an estimate and was trying to figure the whole POD thing when he mentioned your company. I thought, "What the heck, they've probably done this kind of move before....". I called and spoke to Jackie who was very enthusiastic and gracious for my lack of knowledge on all things moving and storing. She had someone come over immediately to give me an estimate and she saved me the headache and hassle of trying to figure out the POD thing, especially where in the world would it sit for 3 weeks! We were heading into the Thanksgiving holiday and I literally had NO TIME to spare of getting people in the following Friday to clear out the building. On Friday, the guys showed up and did a wonderful job! They were polite, efficient and gracious themselves. The move went absolutely, at least on my end, seamless! I hope it was that way for you and for your crew. I look forward to having them all back in in 3 weeks as they move us back into our newly renovated building! Our move took a few days of loading & unloading. Our furniture was large and heavy. Our old home and our new home had several stairs. The wether was very unpleasant. It was hot and humid. Despite these adversities, the entire crew was phenomenal, not only to me but to each other. During my lifetime I have moved several times and frankly the experience has mostly been stressful. Not so with Stuart Moving! From start to finish, you have been professional, responsive, reliable and most Important, CAREFUL with my mother’s most precious items that I inherited. Amazing that even traveling from Indianapolis over state lines, everything arrived intact. Jackie said the movers would call the night before to let us know the arrival time the following day. Sure enough, in spite of a 3 hour delay due to highway construction, they called and arrived the next day almost on the dot! They carried everything in house, including a steep stairway leading up to our front door and again down steep stairs to our basement where a couple of the items were to be deposited.  I would highly recommend Stuart Moving! The Stuart’s moving process was efficient from the moment we spoke with Jackie about hiring them to the moment the movers left. The movers (Andre, Brandon, Johnathan, and Roger) were very professional, efficient, accommodating, and friendly. They wore foot covers per my request without any complaint. They also put down cardboard to protect my floors. They were patient with us when trying to figure out where we wanted items placed. I would use them again and will definitely recommend them to others. This is the type of service every customer should expect to receive.

We used Stuart just before COVID hit and wow, they were fantastic. We used their packing and moving service. They were careful, clean, and efficient. They were kind to us and to our children (including being considerate during nap schedules and making sure not to pack the high chair!). They seemed to enjoy their work and take pride in what they were doing. Nothing was missing from our possessions when we moved and because of their clear labelling, we were able to unpack and find a place for everything very quickly.  All the workers were great, I wish I could hire them for everything!
